A native of Cleveland, Dr. Hooopingarner has practiced dentistry since 1983. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in three years and received her dental degree from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Hoopingarner then completed a two-year advanced dental residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
